Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ComTechT's infrastructure monitoring service at www.comtecht.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
ComTechT provides real-time monitoring and alerting for cloud infrastructure and service outages, including:
- Real-time status monitoring for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, and other services
- Incident tracking and historical data analysis
- Alert notifications via email and SMS
- AI-powered threat intelligence and forecasting
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.
Subscription Plans
Pro Plan: $299/year - Full access to all monitoring features
Enterprise Plan: $1,200/year - Advanced analytics and priority support
Daily Access: $25/day - Short-term access option
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Terms
- •All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- •Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Refund Policy page)
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- ✗Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
- ✗Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- ✗Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
- ✗Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- ✗Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of ComTechT and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMTECHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we aggregate data from multiple trusted sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of outage information. Always verify critical incidents through official provider status pages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
